Dothan has the nickname of “Circle City”.  That is because there is really not much of a downtown but rather a 14 mile circle where all the development has occurred.  Regardless of where you are coming from, if you get on the circle (Ross Clark Circle) you will eventually get to Fortner Street.  Officially, Fortner Street runs parallel to Highway 84 which is a major East/West road running from Georgia to Opp.  If you take Fortner Street west from Ross Clark Circle and travel approximately 9 miles you will arrive at 11780 Fortner Street on your right.  The house is a white stucco two story with a red roof.  Be patient, country roads seem to run for ever.
